Before I head off to bed every night, I make my detox water for tomorrow.
This time, it’s going to be Pineapple and Cucumber. Basically, I just check around the refrain, pick something I like, and put it in a pitcher of water. You can add any herbs also, for me it’s this simple, it makes me drink more water to have flavor in it.
