Tea w/ Apple Cinnamon & Honey

September is the start of the summer wind down and the gearing up of the Fall and Holiday Season for me. So today I felt like a more fall Infused water to start off the season.

Tea, with Apples and Cinnamon

1 pitcher of water
2-3 Tea Bags
1 large Apple
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Tbls Honey

Mix everything together and let sit overnight….

***You can bring a pot of water to simmer add all the ingredients simmer for 10 minutes, then strain and put into a pitcher. Reheat if you want hot or enjoy over ice.
